KaamSeekho (“KaamSeekho”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates kaamseekho.in, a platform for discovering vocational courses, trainers, institutes and learning opportunities.

KaamSeekho is primarily a discovery and technology platform. Training, teaching, schedules, facilities, fees and other provider services may be supplied by independent trainers or institutes.

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

• Name, email address and mobile number.
• Account, authentication and role information.
• Learner education, skills, interests, goals and enrollment information.
• Learning progress, attendance, quiz/assessment and certificate information where applicable.
• Trainer education, certifications, experience, skills, languages, portfolio and availability.
• Trainer verification/KYC information where required.
• Institute profile, contact, address, courses, trainers, facilities, laboratories, equipment, gallery and event information.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, operating system, approximate location, pages used, timestamps and security/error logs.
• Support messages, feedback, complaints and other communications.

We may use collected information to:

• Create and manage accounts.
• Authenticate users and maintain security.
• Provide course, trainer and institute discovery.
• Process applications or enrollment requests.
• Connect learners with relevant providers.
• Provide learning, progress, assessment and credential features.
• Verify trainers, institutes and credentials.
• Send OTPs, transactional emails, security messages and important service notices.
• Respond to support requests.
• Prevent fraud, spam, abuse and unauthorized access.
• Improve platform functionality and user experience.
• Analyze platform performance and usage.
• Provide AI-powered features when users choose to use them.
• Maintain legal, regulatory, accounting and dispute records.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and platform rules.

Where applicable law requires consent, KaamSeekho will request consent in a clear manner. Where processing is permitted on another lawful basis, we may process information on that basis.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 includes requirements relating to notice, consent and withdrawal of consent. The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 provide additional requirements and phased commencement provisions. KaamSeekho aligns its operational practices with applicable statutory standards.

Information may be shared, where reasonably necessary, with:

• Trainers and institutes when required to process an application/enrollment or provide a requested service.
• Authorized service providers for hosting, email, storage, authentication, security, analytics, AI, payments and related infrastructure.
• Government authorities, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.
• Professional advisers or parties involved in a lawful business transaction such as a merger, acquisition or restructuring.
• KaamSeekho does not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

Information intentionally placed on a public profile may be visible to other users and potentially search engines. This can include trainer profiles, institute profiles, course information, public posts, portfolios, reviews and public verification information.

Do not publish sensitive personal information in public fields.

KaamSeekho may provide AI features such as an AI mentor (GuruJi), quiz generation, career roadmaps or recommendations. Information submitted to these features may be processed to provide the requested response, maintain the feature, protect the service and measure usage, subject to applicable settings and law.

Users should not submit passwords, OTPs, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information into AI conversations.

KaamSeekho uses cookies, local storage, session technologies and security challenges for authentication, security, preferences, performance and analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account management, security, fraud prevention, legal requirements, disputes and legitimate operational records.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of, subject to applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption, Cloudflare anti-bot security, and rate limiting) intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, information about processing, and grievance handling.
