Terms of Service

By accessing or using KaamSeekho, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

KaamSeekho provides technology and discovery features that allow users to discover courses, trainers and institutes, submit inquiries/applications, enroll where supported, manage learning information, use AI features and view public profiles, reviews and verification information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, trainers and institutes are independent providers. KaamSeekho does not automatically become the provider of their training, teaching, facilities, equipment, course content, certificates or provider-specific refunds/promises.

Users should review provider information before applying, enrolling or paying.

Users must provide accurate information, protect OTPs and credentials, use their own account and report suspected unauthorized access. KaamSeekho may restrict accounts for security, fraud, abuse, policy violations or legal compliance.

Users must not:

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person or entity.
• Provide knowingly false or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, trainers, or institutes.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt platform infrastructure.
• Circumvent security controls, captchas, or rate limits.
• Spam or manipulate reviews and verification ratings.
• Use automated scraping or crawling in violation of platform terms.

Users retain ownership in content they submit. By submitting content, users grant KaamSeekho the non-exclusive license reasonably necessary to host, display, moderate and deliver the service.

Reviews must reflect genuine learning experiences. KaamSeekho reserves the right to moderate or remove fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated reviews.

A verification badge reflects the status verified by KaamSeekho at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of future conduct, employment, income, or specific career outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, KaamSeekho does not guarantee specific job placements or earning potential.

KaamSeekho’s software, branding, interface, logos, text, design and AI system materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, KaamSeekho will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform use or third-party provider services.
